In July 2017, Eric Ligman at Microsoft made available a large number of Microsoft e-books. See his blog entry at MSDN: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/mssmallbiz/2017/07/11/ ------------------------------------------- This torrent was based on a torrent titled "A tonne of free Microsoft eBooks", of size 3.4 GB, which had descriptive filenames for each ebook. (1) I improved some filenames slightly. (2) I removed duplicate copies of the same file (so the total torrent size is smaller, 2.85 GB). (3) I moved books into subdirectories by product or topic, so that you can easily select just those of interest to you
